Mindfulness

We all know life outside of school can be stressful. While stress is a normal response to things that happen around us, managing stress is a skill young people and adults all need to learn.  MIndfulness is for any student who needs extra time to be still with the world around them. We quietly and mindfully colour in notes of gratitude and write letters to our future selves. We also do a mix of meditation, guided breathing and yoga relaxation activities. We focus on silence and breath, and use this time to check-in with ourselves. We hope to see you there!
