Meet our Community Liaison Team, which is the glue that harnesses the relationship/communication between, students, teachers, parents and the wider community to enhance learning outcomes and the Wellbeing of all students at PHS. Working collaboratively with the Wellbeing Team, our CLOs endeavour to maintain a vibrant, tolerant and inclusive environment that is equitable for all to access.

Le Ngo is our Vietnamese speaking liaison officer who has worked for DoE since 2000. With her friendly personality, great deal of school-based experience and liaison skills, Mrs Ngo has helped to create positive change within our learning environment at PHS. A dedicated professional lady, who contributed significantly to maintaining our school community well-being, Mrs Ngo is highly regarded by our domestic and international students. Currently, her working days are Thursdays and Fridays.
Tana Tuake is the Community Liaison Officer for the Pacifica Community at Prairiewood High School. Tana has had variety of community roles throughout the years with DoE at South West Sydney and Sydney Region. This has resulted in extensive experience liaising between staff, teachers and parents to accommodate all our students’ learning outcomes and wellbeing. Tana currently works at PHS from Monday to Thursday (inclusive).
Bashar Hanna is our school liaison team leader who co-founded and co-facilitates the Community Inclusion Program at Prairiewood High School since 2014. A strong advocate of social change making, intercultural empathy and civic belonging, Bashar’s background as a community development specialist and social entrepreneur, intertwines his work and passions with the voices of families and communities of refugee trauma. He has worked extensively with CALD families, in particular those of Middle Eastern background, since 2001, within school settings and outside of school communities, to cultivate and transform communities of social capital. Bashar works at PHS from Monday to Friday.
