Click the icon and make sure you add the department email as an account. (firstname.lastname@education.nsw.gov.au)
Once the account is created, if you click the circle again, make sure you are signed onto the account.
Try to log onto the google form again and it should work.

Answer: Students will be spread out and only 10-15 students will be placed in any room at the same time. We will have a teacher in each room, but the students will be working on-line. All students should bring a device to school if they have one or have borrowed one, as all work will be done on a device. School devices will be available, but keep in mind we have also loaned some out to students. Students may not have their normal class teacher when they attend school or log onto Google Classrooms as we have had to reorganise staffing so that teachers and students are as safe as possible.
Students will not be permitted to play sport that involves any contact. There will be time for outdoor activities but the activities will be organised to maximise distancing and adhere to the government guidelines whenever students are in the playground.
Students will be reminded to keep their distance when lining up for class and moving through the corridors at the beginning and end of lessons and to wash their hands regularly.
Please see the Department of Education advice.
Answer: 1. Check the timetable for that year group on the Term 2 page of the website. Scroll down till you see the year your child is in at PHS. Click on that year to open the timetable and look for Week A or Week B. Week 1 is an A week, W2 is a B week etc. Then look for the day of the week. Look at the lessons your child had that day. Eg History, Sport, Maths. Perhaps print this page and keep it so you know each day what they are learning.
2. Check the Learning at a Glance page and click on the year your child is in at PHS. Scroll down to the subjects they had that day. (Eg History and Maths from above - there is no actual written lesson for sport). This summary will tell you what your child will be learning in that 2 week block. You might like to print these pages as then you have a summary on hand for the next 2 weeks for all subjects.
3. Then ask your child to show you their Google Classroom page for each subject that they had that day. You should be able to see what they uploaded for the teacher to see. This is a good opportunity to ask your child to explain a little about what they did, what they learned, what homework they have or if they have any assignments to do. All of this will be visible on Google Classrooms.
Once you have done this a few times, there is no need for step 1 and 2 as you can just ask to see the Google Classroom as you will be familiar with what they are doing.
If you still have problems ring the school on 9725 5444 and ask for help.
Answer: Yes, the students who are present at school will be working on-line and completing the same Google Classroom work and assignments as those at home. It is VERY important that they have a device to use. Please ensure they have a fully charged device if you have one at home or you have borrowed a school one. We do have a limited supply still at school, but we have loaned many to our students, so please bring one if you can.
