Perfect Presence Term 2 and 3

Description: The program aims to support students showing early signs of disengagement from school,so that they feel stronger connections to school and learning and are supported to build on personal and social capabilities. Increased engagement is expected to lead to increased student level attendance rates and reducedays lost to suspension. Each provider is required to work collaborativelywith schools, students and parents/carers to develop individualised goals for students, evaluate the success of the goals through a rigorous evidence-based evaluation plan. The program will be run by Creating Chances atschool on Tuesday every week and will have a sporting basis to help engage the students.Please complete the Creating Chances Participant Registration Form either by QR code or by visiting creatingchances.org.au/parents.The QR code can be accesssed at the bottom of the attached flyer.
Participants: Students from Year 9 and 10 that fit the criteria
